Why This Page Exists

If you are reading this, you are probably trying to understand what this website is, what it is not, and what you can and cannot expect from the information we publish. This Disclaimer page answers those questions in plain language.
This website is an informational and educational resource. We write about online betting platforms, the legal landscape in India, safety risks, and related topics. We do not operate a betting platform. We do not accept deposits. We do not issue betting IDs. We do not process withdrawals. And we do not facilitate any financial transaction related to online money games.
What we do is research, write, and publish guides that help users understand the risks and legal realities of the Indian betting ecosystem. That distinction matters, and this page explains it fully.
What This Website Is Not
To be absolutely clear, this website is not:
- A betting platform or exchange. We do not offer odds, markets, or betting services of any kind.
- An agent or sub-agent. We do not issue login credentials, create accounts, or manage user balances.
- A payment processor. We do not accept UPI transfers, bank deposits, or cryptocurrency payments for betting purposes.
- A licensed gaming operator. We do not hold any gaming licence in India or elsewhere.
- A financial advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
If you are looking for a platform to place bets, this is not that website. If you are looking for information about how those platforms work, why they carry risk, and what the law says, you are in the right place.
The Legal Reality in India: November 2026
The legal landscape for online gaming in India has changed dramatically. As of 1 May 2026, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming (PROG) Act, 2025 and the Online Gaming Rules, 2026 are in full force .
Online Money Games Are Prohibited
Under the PROG Act, online money games are flatly prohibited. This includes any game—whether based on chance, skill, or both—where a user pays money to play and expects money back in return . There is no licence, no exception, and no grey area.
The prohibition covers:
- Cricket betting
- Casino games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, etc.)
- Poker, rummy, and other card games played for stakes
- Any other format where real money is at risk
Penalties Are Serious
The law carries significant penalties:
- Offering or facilitating online money games: up to 3 years imprisonment and fines up to ₹1 crore
- Advertising such games: up to 2 years imprisonment and fines up to ₹50 lakh
- Repeat offences carry even higher penalties
The Online Gaming Authority of India (OGAI)
The Rules established the Online Gaming Authority of India (OGAI), which has quasi-judicial powers to classify games, conduct inquiries, and enforce the ban . The OGAI maintains a list of games determined to be online money games, and it has issued advisories to app stores, payment providers, and advertisers to stop enabling such games .
What This Means for Our Content
Because of the legal prohibition, our content is written with specific boundaries.
What We Do
- Explain the law. We describe what the PROG Act says and what it means for users.
- Report on investigations. We cover official Enforcement Directorate actions and police cases involving betting platforms. For example, our AllPanelExch analysis covers the ED investigation in detail.
- Warn about risks. We document withdrawal patterns, trust scores, and user complaints associated with unregulated platforms. Our AllPanel 247 guide is an example of this approach.
- Provide safety information. We publish responsible gambling resources and helplines for people who need help.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not promote betting platforms. We do not encourage anyone to deposit money or create accounts on any platform.
- We do not provide login guides. Our Login page explains why users search for login information, not how to access a specific platform.
- We do not facilitate transactions. We do not share UPI IDs, WhatsApp numbers, or agent contacts for betting purposes.
- We do not guarantee outcomes. We cannot help you recover money from a platform, and we do not offer “recovery services.”
Accuracy and Timeliness of Information
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, current, and based on official sources.
Our Sources
We rely on:
- Official government releases from the Enforcement Directorate, Ministry of Electronics and IT, and other authorities
- Court records and legal analyses from reputable law firms and publications
- Independent safety scanners such as Scamadviser and Gridinsoft

The Limits of Our Accuracy
However, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or error-free. The legal landscape is evolving. Investigations are ongoing. Court cases are pending. What is accurate today may change tomorrow.
You should always verify critical information independently. For legal matters, consult a qualified lawyer. For financial matters, consult a financial advisor. For the latest on any investigation, check official government sources directly.
No Legal or Financial Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or professional counselling.
- If you need legal advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
- If you have financial problems related to gambling, speak to a qualified financial counsellor.
- If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, contact a mental health professional or one of the helplines listed on our Responsible Gambling page.
